This role sits within the AI Agents Lab, which is responsible for delivering the Scottish Widows Investment Agent is a tool crafted to help customers make smarter long-term financial decisions. The tool uses AI to guide customers on where to invest their next available £, aligned with upcoming FCA regulatory changes.
You'll work in an agile, purposeful environment. Through collaborating, you'll ensure the AI experience is clear, natural, and candid to empower customers to feel more confident in their financial decisions.
What you'll be doing:
- Cross-Team Delivery Management: Responsible for enabling the delivery of change by leading activities that span multiple platforms. Identify and handle both internal and external dependencies, working closely with Product Owners and Engineers rather than other Integrators.
- Relationship Building and Consensus: Develop and enhance key relationships to improve change delivery outcomes. Your experience helps handle conflicting priorities by facilitating discussions, resolving issues, and persuading stakeholders to consider alternative perspectives.
- Effective Communication and Issue Resolution: Provide regular status updates to key partners and take ownership of high-priority issues affecting delivery. Lead critical risks, issues, and dependencies identified through status reporting and agile meetings, ensuring timely resolution.
- Process Innovation and Agility: Drive innovation by challenging existing processes, adopting change early, and view technological advancements as opportunities to enhance customer delivery.

- Financial Services Expertise: Significant experience within the UK financial services sector.
