Our Leeds team is growing - fast. We’re working on some of the UK’s most exciting planning projects, from landmark student accommodation (including the tallest standalone PBSA in the world) to major university, residential and leisure schemes. We want a Principal Town Planner who’s ready to lead from the front. If you’re a confident operator with a strong planning background and a sharp commercial edge, this is your chance to drive your career forward while helping grow our presence in the region.

We’re looking for someone who can:
Lead projects confidently and deliver great planning outcomes
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Bring a commercial mindset to the table - spotting opportunities and helping to grow our business
Leverage and grow your network to raise DPP’s profile locally and regionally
Be a mentor and role model within the team
Bring broad sector experience, excellent planning knowledge, and MRTPI status
