An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asvestos Analyst/ Surveyor. The ideal candidate will be based in Yorkshire, Greater Manchester or Midlands and bring both technical qualifications and practical experience in surveying and analytical duties, including four-stage clearances. The role involves travel across the region to carry out asbestos surveys and analytical assessments, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos Surveys on commercial, industrial and domestic properties in accordance with HSG264.
- Carry out Four Stage Clearance procedures in compliance with HSG248.
- Perform air monitoring, fibre counting, leak/reassurance testing, and personal monitoring.
- Record and report survey and analytical data accurately using Alpha Tracker or similar data collection software.
- Communicate professionally with clients and contractors on-site.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with UKAS standards, HSE guidance, and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Location: Must be based in Yorkshire, Greater Manchester or Midlands.
- Qualifications: BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years practical experience in asbestos surveying and analytical work.
- Experience in commercial, industrial and domestic surveys preferred.
- Proven experience in conducting Four Stage Clearance procedures.
- Competency in using Alpha Tracker or similar asbestos reporting/data software.
- Strong understanding of current asbestos legislation, HSG264 and HSG248 guidance.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.

- UKAS-accredited background.
- Experience working in high-risk or sensitive environments.
- Asbestos Awareness Training (for working in varied environments).
- Site auditing experience.
