Management Accountant

Location: Leeds

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

Are you a commercially-minded Management Accountant looking to step into a business-facing role where you can drive performance and influence decisions?

We're working with a successful and growing SME based in Leeds, known for their collaborative culture and ambitious leadership team. With continued growth and investment, they’re now looking to strengthen their finance team with a hands-on Management Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis


• Business partner with operational and commercial teams to drive insight and improve financial performance


• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management


• Monitor and report on KPIs and financial metrics


• Support year-end processes and external audit

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified or finalist accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)


• Experience in a similar management accounting or finance business partner role


• Strong Excel skills and exposure to modern finance systems


• Confident communicator with a proactive and analytical mindset
