The Clinical Negligence Department is looking for a candidate with around 1 to 4 years’ worth of experience

The role:



With support from an expert Partner and other experienced Solicitors, you will manage a busy caseload of clinical negligence files from taking new instructions through to trial or settlement

This team pride themselves on their excellent client care and so you will be expected to build and maintain quality relationships with clients and colleagues to align with the firm’s service ethos



The ideal candidate:



You will ideally have solid experience running your own varied caseload of and/or supporting others with high-value clinical negligence matters

The successful applicant will also have a working knowledge of the CPR, issuing claims, litigating cases and CFA cases

The firm is looking for a driven individual who will steer the way for their own career progression

You will be a confident communicator, organised and able to work with minimal supervision
