Solicitor – Healthcare & Inquests | Manchester | Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A leading law firm is expanding its nationally recognised Healthcare Regulatory team and is looking to appoint a Solicitor in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality matters involving inquests, Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty, and Information Law.

You'll be joining a well-established team acting for NHS Resolution and private care providers, with a consistent flow of high-value instructions and excellent scope to build lasting client relationships.

The Role

• Manage a diverse caseload of healthcare regulatory matters


• Represent clients at inquests and contribute to advocacy work


• Advise on complex issues including COP, DoLS and information governance


• Develop client relationships and deliver exceptional service


• Collaborate with colleagues nationally as part of a top-tier practice

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE


• Experience in healthcare regulatory law is essential


• Confident advocate with strong technical skills


• Commercially minded, highly organised, and client-focused


• Able to handle a mix of complex and straightforward matters
