Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for an Interim Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team to bring our brands to life where it matters the most - at the point of purchase.
You'll lead the planning and execution of insight-driven shopper marketing campaigns across our major retail partners. With a strong commercial mindset and a passion for brand storytelling, you'll be the connector between brand strategy, customer plans and omnichannel execution.

Crafting and activating shopper specific plans for our pizza and cake categories
Using data and insights to influence shopper behaviour and deliver real results
Partnering closely with Sales, Brand and Category teams
Bringing online and offline shopper marketing together for maximum impact
Managing retailer media, budgets and ROI with precision and creativity
Working with agencies and retail partners to deliver standout activations

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
