Role Overview:


As a Clinical Negligence Senior Associate, you will handle an engaging and challenging caseload, including:



  • Brain injury claims

  • Spinal injury claims

  • Cerebral palsy claims

  • Multiple injury and fatal accident claims


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and progress a diverse caseload of complex clinical negligence files

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients with compassion and professionalism

  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated legal professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients

  • Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring the highest standard of client care

Requirements:



  • Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in clinical negligence with at least 3+ PQE
