The Service Centre supports the operation by providing a multifunctional contact centre underpinned by quality administration and excellent customer service to support the learners and suppliers.
What will you be doing?
The Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of high volume and high complexity tasks across a range of Early Careers Development processes.
This will include a variety of administrative tasks and client touch points throughout the student journey.
- Ability to follow standard and complex processes and identify and report any potential issues, understanding when to escalate
- Maintain personal compliance of Operational and Regulatory risk, including GDPR and information security
- The role holder will need good communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- The role holder may act as a buddy for new to role Learning Co-Ordinator’s
What will you need to do it?
- Appropriate handling of participants and suppliers' queries and complaints by email or face to face, in line with the agreed SLAs and Quality framework
- Effective customer service and relationship management across a range of stakeholders, conducting regular client meetings and maintaining excellent relationships
- Operational administrative duties to include:
- Communication with learners, suppliers and clients throughout all processes
- Uploading of learners to multiple online programs/platforms and managing access permissions
- Ability to follow standard processes and identify and report any potential issues, understanding when to escalate
- Maintain personal compliance of Operational and Regulatory risk, including GDPR and information security
The ECD team manages the student professional qualifications:
- Graduates
- Apprentices
- School Leavers
- Employees that are completing Business Managed Qualifications (BMQ)
The team handles enquiries and complaints regarding Professional Qualifications. Other responsibilities include:
- Handling communications with professional bodies and tuition providers
- Arranging tuition and exams
- Receiving, preparing and reporting exam results to the business
- Offering advice to students regarding their pathways
- Collaborating with the ECD Managers
Skills we’d love to see
