A friendly and supportive GP practice in LS17 is looking for an experienced Medical Secretary to join the team on a temporary, part-time basis. The role is to start ASAP and is expected to continue until mid to late July.

Key Requirements:

• Experience using Emis Web is essential


• Strong administrative and communication skills


• Ability to manage time and workload effectively

Typical Duties Include:

• Processing referrals and medical reports


• Managing patient records and correspondence


• Handling telephone and email enquiries


• Booking appointments and managing clinicians’ diaries


• Liaising with patients, healthcare professionals, and external agencies


• General administrative support to clinical and practice staff

Role Details:

  Part-time hours, flexible across Monday to Friday – the practice can accommodate your preferred schedule
