About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Insurance, Pensions and Investments (IP&I) team as a Digital Optimisation Senior Manager - Investments within the CCDO area.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Optimisation and Consumer Partnerships, this role is passionate about accelerating digital transformation in direct-to-consumer (D2C) investments.
You'll be responsible for improving the digital investment experience through data-driven strategies, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and innovative digital solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement, streamline digital processes, and drive business growth.
This is a key role in crafting the future of our investment services, ensuring customers enjoy a flawless, intuitive, and engaging digital experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital optimisation strategies to improve the investment experience for customers.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Lead CRO initiatives, including A/B testing and multivariate testing, to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Data Analysis: Analyse digital performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
- User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Collaborate with UX designers to improve the digital journey for investment customers, ensuring a flawless and intuitive experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and product teams, to align digital optimisation efforts with business objectives.
- Innovation and Performance Monitoring: Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to improve the investment experience and drive business growth. Track and report on the performance of digital initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What you'll need:
- Confirmed Experience: Demonstrated background in digital optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and data analysis within investments in financial services.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), A/B and multivariate testing platforms, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Skilled in interpreting complex data sets to uncover actionable insights that drive digital performance improvements.
- Innovation: A creative and proactive approach, with a passion for identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to enhancing the customer experience through data-driven digital optimisation strategies.
