Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor - #1755117

Our client is a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the UK. Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for either a newly chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds. The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base. Role/Responsibilities - Contract administration - Technical Due Diligence - Building Pathology - General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role Skills/Experience - Degree in Building Surveying - Ideally MRICS or the relevant level of experience - Excellent and accurate report writing skills - Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment - Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context You will have the opportunity to gain more autonomy, build client relationships and have the potential to specialise in a chosen area as you progress through your career.
