We’re working with a long-established, highly respected construction consultancy in Leeds who are growing due to continued success—especially in the healthcare sector, where demand is booming. You’ll work across residential, commercial, and healthcare projects, delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services from inception to completion.

Expect to:

• Lead procurement & tendering

• Administer contracts across all stages

• Advise clients on commercial & contractual risk

• Manage multiple concurrent projects

• Mentor junior staff & promote best practice

What You’ll Need:

• MRICS qualified (essential)

• BSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar)

• Strong commercial awareness & client communication

• Full UK driving licence
