Overview
We're a full-service provider for all Real Estate Litigation matters. As a substantial practice involved in high profile and challenging work, we need you to join us.
The Real Estate Litigation team acts for a wide range of clients, such as PLCs, banks, insurers, and government/public bodies. We engage in the full spectrum of Real Estate disputes work – so it's a great place to obtain exposure to high-quality work and we are involved in new and ground-breaking areas of law including the Building Safety Act 2022.
We've got an excellent reputation in the local and national market and provide a supportive and friendly team environment giving you a great platform to develop your legal skills and career.
The team is headed up by Martin McKeague and work closely with the Real Estate Group and Housing Litigation team.

The team is headed up by Martin McKeague and work closely with the Real Estate Group and Housing Litigation team.
What you'll need:
- At least 4-5 years PQE under your belt
- A keen interest in legal problem solving and good experience of commercial real estate disputes.
- Understand what great client service is and be able to deliver that.
- Salary reflective of your experience.
- Earn up to 35% of your salary with our annual bonus scheme.
- Paid sabbatical scheme where you can accrue up to 2 weeks’ paid sabbatical over a 2-year period, or 4 weeks’ paid sabbatical over 3 years.
- Billable hours target of 1350 – lower than all our rivals which is reflective of our commitment to giving you the opportunity to develop your legal skills and client network while also offering a good work/life balance.
- Minimum of 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays per year increasing to 31 days with length of service, with the opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday per year.
- Auto enrolled into the workplace pension scheme, and we'll contribute a minimum of 5% of your salary.
- 4x your annual salary in the event of a death in service.
- Hybrid and flexible working with 40-60% of your time spent in the office. Please speak to the recruitment team to discuss your flexible working preferences.
- Access to BUPA with no excess or compulsory payments.
