An established and highly successful five star house builder is looking for an enthusiastic and successful new home Sales Adviser to join their team in North Leeds. Working hours are 5 days a week to include some weekends, and the position offers a competitive salary and bonus.
JobSales Negotiation of New Homes from both initial plans, to show homesLiaising with mortgage advisers, solicitors and other external contactsCreating marketing and promotional material to help salesKeeping up to date with competitors prices and dealsDealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completedLiaising with the Site ManagerReporting to Sales Manager with weekly updates on salesRecording all offers through to completionMaintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
ExperienceAn enthusiastic and 'can-do' approach to job roleProven success in property salesGood IT skills Excellent level of customer service on a face to face basis
RemunerationCompetitive Basic plus commission
