About The Role
We are seeking a talented Microsoft Modern Workspace Engineer to join our team, responsible for driving digital transformation through the development and enhancement of modern workspace solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform tools. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, create custom applications, and improve productivity across the organization's digital workspace.

About The Role
We are seeking a talented Microsoft Modern Workspace Engineer to join our team, responsible for driving digital transformation through the development and enhancement of modern workspace solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform tools. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, create custom applications, and improve productivity across the organization's digital workspace.
As Microsoft Modern Workspace Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams
- Customize and extend SharePoint Online and Teams for optimized document management, collaboration, and workflows
- Build automated workflows and process improvements with Power Automate, enhancing operational efficiency
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that streamline productivity and collaboration
- Develop user-friendly applications, custom forms, and interactive dashboards that support a modern digital workspace
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 development, particularly in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong skills in low-code/no-code development, with expertise in building custom applications and workflows
- Knowledge of data integration techniques, including API connections, SharePoint lists, and Dataverse. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies for custom development
