My client is an award winning contractor specialising in new build and fit out schemes in the commercial and leisure sectors. Due to increased company growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a new build and fit out background.You will have run your own schemes to £3m plus project values and will be enthusiastic and dynamic in your approach. The role is primarily office based although you may be required to undertake the odd overnight stay when required at the company's cost.
