The Role

As a Service Desk Analyst this role plays a key part in ensuring internal users have reliable access to IT services, including device setup, access provisioning, and incident resolution. The role will be on-site at our Leeds office, where you will be the first point of contact for IT support, providing assistance remotely and in-person. What you will do

  • Maintain accurate ITSM records of incidents, changes, and activities.
  • Maintain CMDB for all starters, movers and leavers
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting internal stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain new or repurposed end-user devices in line with documented procedures using Microsoft Intune.
  • Provide first-line support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
  • Process access requests and manage service tickets in accordance with security, compliance, and escalation protocols.


You will:

  • Have good attention to detail
  • Need to be a team player, but self-motivated to work on your own
  • Be customer service focused
  • Possess good problem-solving skills
  • Have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (laptops, desktops and networking).
  • Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Windows 11 and macOS.
  • Have had exposure to O365 applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Intune is highly desirable and would strengthen your application.
  • Knowledge of system monitoring tools and dashboards.
