We're looking for an M&E Planner to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) which is our internal MEP self delivery business within Kier Group.
Location: Leeds, covering our northern regions.
Contract: Full time, permanent.
What will you be responsible for?
As an M&E Planner within KME, you will be working across multiple projects in a range of sectors, such as Custodial, Defence, Laboratories, Education and Commercial.

What will you be responsible for?
As an M&E Planner within KME, you will be working across multiple projects in a range of sectors, such as Custodial, Defence, Laboratories, Education and Commercial.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Create and maintain project MEP programmes using Elecosoft PowerProject, ensuring compliance with Kier's standards and contract requirements.
- Monitor project progress on-site using relevant tools, identify risks and delays, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Review supply chain programmes, coordinate with teams to mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with the contract programme.
- Participate in meetings to discuss project status with teams and the supply chain, fostering clear communication.
- Promote an inclusive workplace, encouraging diversity and supporting team wellbeing.
A couple of key requirements we're looking for in an M&E Planner are:
- Intermediate or advanced level user of Elecosoft PowerProject
- Experience using Bluebeam Revu
- Eligibility for SC clearance
- Previous on-site experience as an MEP planner
