£24,043.50 per annum

As a Patient Administrator at our Leeds Hospital, you're able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What's more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn't essential.


As an Patient Administrator, you will:




  • Handle enquiries and general queries.




  • Will be required to greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments, making sure all patient information is correct




  • Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretaries




  • Arrange Radiology appointments




  • Distribute Radiology reports to referrers




  • Work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy




  • Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work




  • Maintain databases




  • Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management




Previous Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage.
