A vacancy has arisen within our Real Estate team, to be based in our Leeds office (with flexible hybrid-working).
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (6+ PQE), who is able to take on and run an existing caseload with limited partner supervision. This role will involve advising clients across various aspects of commercial property, but with a particular emphasis on acquisitions, disposals, development agreements and the full range of landlord and tenant matters.
The role
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Both freehold and leasehold sale and acquisition transactions;
- Negotiation of development agreements and overage deeds;
- Negotiation of agreements for lease, leases and wide range of ancillary landlord and tenant documentation;
- Preparation of reports on title, certificates of title and advice notes; and
- Working across legal departments with others as part of a project team;
