Location: Leeds, West YorkshireProject Type: RefurbishmentDuration: 7 WeeksWe are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a refurbishment project in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations for the refurbishment of a retail space

• Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to high standards

• Ensuring health & safety compliance and site documentation is maintained

• Coordinating with project stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality targets

• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and managing site logistics

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – Essential

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card – Essential

• First Aid at Work – Essential

• Proven experience managing fit-out/refurbishment projects, ideally within the retail sector

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
