Do you thrive on solving complex integration challenges? We're looking for an Integration Product Manager, with a technical background and experience in applying technology to enable business process to lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable integrations that power our platform and connect us with the wider digital ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical nuances of integration architecture and enjoys working closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions; whilst this is not a hands on role if you have an understanding of the tech stack coupled with a desire to reach out to other teams to help them use integration appropriately then you’ll enjoy this role.
What You’ll Be Working On
As our Integration Product Manager, you’ll own the integration roadmap and work across teams to ensure our systems (internal and external) are seamlessly connected, secure, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the integration backlog, aligning priorities with business and technical goals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and performant integration solutions.
- Work with third-party vendors and internal squads to deliver integrations on time and within budget.
- Manage the translation of business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Review and contribute to technical documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with architecture standards.
- Promote best practices in API design, data flow, and system interoperability.
- Monitor integration performance and reliability, using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed integrations to operations and support teams.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s technically fluent and product-minded, someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution.
You’ll likely have:
- Experience in product management or ownership, with a strong focus on system integrations.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native integration platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and data transformation patterns.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
