Senior Delivery Manager – Digital Consultancy

Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + comprehensive benefits

A well-regarded digital consultancy is seeking experienced Senior Delivery Managers to lead the delivery of complex digital services for public and private sector clients. This role is ideal for delivery professionals looking to take on greater responsibility while shaping high-performing, agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide multidisciplinary teams through agile delivery, ensuring alignment to product and service goals


• Facilitate all key ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases


• Remove delivery blockers and actively manage risks and dependencies


• Drive continuous improvement and team wellbeing


• Build strong client relationships and ensure effective stakeholder engagement


• Line manage and mentor colleagues across delivery disciplines


• Advocate for user-centred design and agile values throughout the delivery lifecycle

Essential Experience:

• Demonstrable experience leading complex digital delivery in agile environments


• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, DSDM, etc.)


• Proven ability to lead both consultancy-based and hybrid delivery teams


• Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams


• Solid grounding in user-centred design and digital service standards


• Skilled in using collaboration and delivery management tools
