Wilson Vale
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Hospitality Manager to join our team at a flagship workplace restaurant in Leeds city centre, just steps from the train station.

This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour working week. Core hours are typically 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, but you will be expected to manage your time effectively to meet the needs of the business. This may occasionally include evening or weekend work in support of hospitality events. Day-to-day the kitchen caters for around 150 people, plus hospitality.

This brand-new role, created as part of a recent restructure, reflects our commitment to exceptional service, innovation, and team development. You will report to the Operations Manager and lead a team of around five hospitality staff, overseeing a vibrant and diverse calendar of events and daily service offerings.

The site hosts a wide range of hospitality experiences, from fine dining and canapé receptions to BBQs and summer terrace events complete with a fully serviced bar, alongside working lunches, meeting catering, and seasonal celebrations. Every offering is crafted with creativity, attention to detail, and a strong emphasis on customer experience.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in hospitality management—a natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team while retaining a hands-on approach to operations. You’ll be expected to drive performance, deliver exceptional standards, and build on current successes to elevate both food and service quality across the site.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with a strong grasp of cost control, efficient processes, and a focus on quality and consistency.

As part of your role, you'll also enjoy a freshly prepared meal while on shift, courtesy of our in-house kitchen team.

Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work with amazing clients across the UK who place huge value on great food as a key part of their culture and community. We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

Our culture unites us. We stand for craft, quality, creative freedom, forward thinking and integrity. We never compromise on our commitment to fresh, seasonal produce and the fantastic people that make it all happen!
