This position will report to theSenior Manager, Marketplace and will be part of the global Marketplace department within Strategic Sales and Analytics. This position will be focused on EMEA, mostly as it pertains to price and promo data governance and tools, enabling various and changing pricing strategies across different markets in EMEA. There are a lot of opportunities in this role to impact meaningful changes as SOA management and controls are a huge opportunity for the SharkNinja EMEA business.

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform and own all day-to-day MEC/CEC management activities for German market, including:


    • Promo change (new and update) aggregation, vetting, and confirmation

    • MEC file upkeep, management, and communication

    • Promo grid creation


  • Work cross-functionally, as led by Global Marketplace team leadership, to standardize German pricing and promotional data governance processes with rest of EMEA and Global standards, including:


    • Complete Marketplace governance of MEC and CEC

    • Integration of German pricing/promo information into SFO tool


  • Perform and own all day-to-day EU Price Bible management activities for EU including:


    • Country RRP changes (new and update) aggregation, vetting, and confirmation

      • Specifically different RRPs for different regions

    • Price Bible file upkeep, management, and communication


  • Support Sr. Manager, Marketplace on ad hoc needs involving Marketplace actions in other EMEA markets


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Analytics or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience within retail promotional commercial analytics



  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to manage large datasets, mine data for strategic insights across various formats, and present findings quickly and clearly in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in BI and visualization tools at least one of but not limited to: QlikView, DOMO, Tableau, Power-Bi.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Data Modelling other Statistical computing techniques are a plus.

  • Agility – must thrive in a fluid and changing environment

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
