About The Role Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24000
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our dynamic finance team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves working with numbers, and wants to make a real impact within a thriving company. You’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the smooth management of bank transactions, reconciliations, and supporting key administrative functions
What You’ll Be Doing Be the go-to person for daily banking information, providing key data to the credit control team
Manage daily transactions by posting them to the company bank accounts – accuracy is key!
Prepare daily operating statements to keep our Directors informed and empowered
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure everything balances perfectly
Take ownership of monthly nominal and HP account postings, ensuring deadlines are met with precision
Manage depot petty cash requests and keep everything in order
Handle bank-related queries, ensuring our accounts run smoothly
Help with year-end preparations by reconciling various expense accounts
Assist the finance team with general admin duties, supporting the smooth running of the department
