Contract Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role We are seeking an Assistant Garment Technologist to support our Garment Technology Team by managing administration throughout the production process. The role involves working closely with designers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure product quality, fit, and timely delivery
Responsibilities Ensure proto, fit, and Gold Seals meet specifications and brand standards
Support the team with fit comments, specifications, amendments, and size charts, communicating clearly with the supply base
Experience with PLM systems is advantageous
Manage test reports for fabrics, trims, and artwork at the proto stage
Coordinate bulk and garment testing, balancing quality and costs
Conduct wearer trials on new fabrics and high-risk styles, taking appropriate actions
Additional Tasks Visit warehouses and stores regularly to monitor quality and conduct inspections
Review quality reports and feedback, taking necessary actions
Coordinate fit reviews each season to ensure consistency
Prioritize workload according to schedules and critical paths
Maintain professional relationships with internal teams and suppliers
Organize department files and keep workstations tidy
