School Nurse (Swedish Speaking) – London
Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of a well-regarded independent international school situated across two sites in South West London. This welcoming, non-selective school provides a unique and vibrant educational environment, delivering a holistic curriculum to students from early years through to sixth form
The Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to join the pastoral team. This is a part-time position, with flexibility on start date—either immediately or in August, depending on availability
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing and coordinating all student health needs, including in-school vaccinations and health consultations
Providing medical guidance and training for teaching staff
Screening younger students and supporting the school’s safeguarding practices
Acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Supporting the development and review of health-related policies and undertaking relevant administrative tasks
Candidate Profile:
The School is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RSCN) with:
A genuine passion for supporting the health and well-being of children and young people
Previous experience in a school nursing or paediatric setting
Strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to work autonomously
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Proficiency in Swedish (verbal and written) is preferred
A proactive, empathetic, and collaborative approach
Employment Package:
