As a Virtual Kitchen Designer, you’ll be the driving force behind an exceptional customer journey from the first online consultation. Working remotely, you’ll connect with clients via video calls and digital tools to understand their needs, offer creative and practical design solutions, and craft bespoke kitchens that align with their lifestyle and taste—all while delivering a seamless, engaging virtual experience.

Closing Date - Sunday 29th June

Working hours - This role follows a rotating shift pattern covering Monday to Sunday, with shifts alternating weekly. You will be required to work either early (9:30am - 6:30pm) or late (11:30am - 8:30pm) shifts.

What you’ll be doing:

• Inspire customers with creative, personalised kitchen designs that convert into sales
• Build trust by guiding customers through the full journey—from showroom to home visit to final fit
• Promote value-adding services, including installation and flexible finance options
• Stay in regular contact with customers throughout the project, managing every detail to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new ways to deliver exceptional results
