Job Title: Multiskilled Tradesman Location: Leeds Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Are you an experienced Multiskilled Tradesman looking for ongoing work with the potential to go permanent? We are working with a respected client in the Leeds area who is seeking a reliable and competent individual with a strong background in general maintenance and building repairs.

• Carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works across domestic and commercial properties

• Performing tasks such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, patch plastering, and tiling

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations

• Diagnosing faults and identifying appropriate solutions on-site

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional conduct at all times

• Proven experience as a multiskilled tradesperson

• Strong skills across at least three of the following: plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential

• Own tools and PPE

• Must be reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic

• £17.00 per hour (weekly pay)

• Ongoing full-time work with the potential for a permanent position

• Leeds-based work – no extensive travel required
