Job Advert: FLT Counterbalance & Warehouse Assistant Location: Leeds Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm Salary: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)We are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance & Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Leeds. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term stability, skill development, and career progression.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)Load and unload vehicles and stockMove materials between storage, warehouse, and production areasOperate basic warehouse machineryPerform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, stock checks, and housekeepingUse Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for basic data input and inventory trackingThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)Previous experience in both forklift operation and general warehouse workConfidence in operating machineryBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeA strong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresA proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a teamWhat We Offer:Monday to Friday schedule - no weekend workRegular day shift: 07:00 AM - 3:30 PMTemp-to-perm position for the right personHourly pay between £12.00 and £14.00, depending on experienceA friendly, supportive team environment How to Apply:Send your CV to (url removed)
