About our Department : The Student Experience team is dedicated to supporting and empowering students throughout their journey at Arden. They provide wellbeing support, academic guidance, career development, and engagement initiatives, ensuring every student feels connected and equipped for success

About the Opportunity: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide seamless, proactive support to the Pro-Vice Chancellor (Student Experience) and the Chief Technology Officer (Executive Team). You will provide high-level administrative support performing a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks,which will includemanaging schedules, handling communications, and coordinating meetings including minute taking. It willextend to supporting with various projects and engagement with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and will require the need to be resourceful, andhave the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality
About You: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with experience supporting board-level or executive leadership in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident in managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Essential requirements:
Substantial experience as an Executive Assistant supporting board members or senior executives
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams/Zoom
Effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to liaise across diverse teams
Experience in event and meeting coordination, balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve to improve processes
Desirable requirements:
Experience using AI tools to support workload management
Experience as an EA within the Education sector
