This is a well-established private dental clinic in Leeds, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate to join a forward-thinking and well-supported team. The successful candidate will take over an existing list of private patients, including a good proportion on a maintenance plan. The role is three days per week to begin with, with full flexibility on working days and the potential to increase sessions as the practice continues to evolve

The clinic is fully private and benefits from a superb reputation, excellent patient demand, and a team structure that supports referrals aligned to each clinician’s interests. A current associate will soon be on maternity leave and returning to a more specialist focus, leaving a busy and well-maintained list of general private patients to be inherited

The practice currently operates across four surgeries, with a fifth due to be added as part of a refurbishment. It features an in-house education suite, decon room, and state-of-the-art equipment, including iTero, CEREC (with both fixed and portable units), and digital X-ray. Labs for CEREC work are provided free of charge

There is good scope for a dentist with an interest in cosmetic treatments, bonding, or short-term orthodontics, complementing the existing services offered in the practice. Implants are already well covered by the current team. The practice would welcome applications from dentists who have undertaken additional postgraduate courses and who are comfortable working in a private setting. A thoughtful, commercially aware approach is valued – someone who can build trust with patients and identify opportunities for care in a natural, ethical way

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
