The Role

As a private client Knowledge solicitor, it would be your role to ensure that the team's knowledge base is as strong as it possibly can be, meaning that you would be involved in key areas such as training, continuous improvement, research & review and national profile. Internally you will be working with people at all levels and need to be able to adapt your communication style, working with Lawyers at all different stages of their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing and researching external private client legal developments.


• Reporting your results to the private client team by way of training.


• Capturing and sharing best practice and know how arising out of work within private client.


• Generating and maintaining internal precedents and best practice resources.

About you

The ideal candidate will be proactive and ready to make an impact. You will have:

• Ideally have at least 4 years PQE working as Private Client solicitor.


• Good drafting and written skills.


• Outstanding IT skills in terms of Knowledge management and dissemination of information.


• Solid knowledge and experience of private client law.
