Senior Legal Counsel – Mileway – Warrington

We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious Senior Legal Counsel to play a pivotal part in our team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role is ideal for a highly motivated legal professional ready to take the next step in their career. We're looking for someone with the drive and discipline to manage day-to-day responsibilities and the ambition to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day legal support across the business
• Support the General Counsel in managing risk profiles and multi-jurisdictional disputes
• Assist the head of our in-house legal insurance team with corporate risk matters
• Review and help shape the strategy for risk policy
• Apply a commercial mindset and align legal advice with business objectives
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• A university law degree
• Experience working in-house or at a law firm
• A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to continuous learning
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to ask questions and take initiative
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• At least 15 years of post-qualification experience
