What You Will Deliver
- Collaborate cross functionally to identify and translate business learning needs into tailored, effective solutions
- Apply instructional design expertise to build engaging, interactive training materials, including digital content, facilitated sessions and multimedia resources
- Evaluate training efficiency through feedback and data, and continuously improve learning experiences based on insights
- Lead learning projects with an agile approach - prioritising, planning, and adapting to deliver on time and to brief
- Maintain learning content governance - ensuring materials are current, version-controlled, and aligned with standards in collaboration with SMEs
Skills and Experience
- Brings L&D experience and a strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional methodology
- Designs structured, outcome-focused learning that drives knowledge transfer and performance
- Has experience developing digital content using tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Adobe
- Communicates clearly, engages key decision-makers and energises learners through effective facilitation
- Solves problems with logic and pragmatism, while adapting quickly to changing business needs
- Delivers at pace - balancing multiple priorities with a highly organised, diligent approach
- Passionate about crafting valuable, high-impact learning experiences
- Passion for staying updated on design trends and emerging learning experiences and digital tech
- Ability to integrate creative design trends into innovative projects
