  • Sourcing, writing and editing content for our internal digital channels, including our intranet, Viva Engage, internal broadcasts, emails, and video
  • Supporting and advising key stakeholders on good internal communications practice, including proofreading and editing written content, supporting on video production, and advising on channel selection, audiences, messaging and house style
  • Supporting the delivery of national communications and marketing campaigns – working closely with Integrated Marketing Communications colleagues to advise on internal communications best practice and implementation

What we are looking for:

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • University degree in communications or similar
  • 2-5 years of IC experience in corporate, financial, consumer or agency businesses
  • Excellent knowledge of IC channels, strategy, and best practice
  • Excellent copy writer and editor

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong time management skills
  • Collaborative team player who can drive ideas forward by bringing multiple perspectives together

What we can offer you:

We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That’s why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package that will help you have fulfilling experience, both in and out of work.

  • Hybrid and Flexible working
  • 26 Days Holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days)
  • Lifestyle, Health, and Wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP.
  • Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse Talent Development team.
