Teamforce Labour is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banksman Slinger/Signaller – All Duties for weekend works in Leeds, LS25.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious professional with a strong background working on civil engineering and Rail sites.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent judgement, communication, and coordination when managing lifting operations and guiding plant movements.

- CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) – Banksman Slinger/Signaller – All Duties
- PTS is preferred
- Safety Critical Medical
- 2 recent and contactable references
- Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety procedures
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Excellent awareness of health and safety on-site
- Ability to communicate clearly with crane and machine operators
- Confidence working around live services and in busy operational environments
