Market leader in the Signage / Graphics industry. We are a large Leeds based company with a varied blue chip customer base that encompasses sectors including retail, banking, automotive, licensed trade and more.

The company works with some top clients and is looking for a Junior Designer/Art-worker to come on board to work on a variety of projects.

Reports to: Head of Design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 a year

The successful candidate will sit within the design team and support the Contracts department with various projects. You will work alongside other designers and across projects for the entire brand; from design and artwork on external and internal products for signage and print following corporate guidelines as well as some independent projects.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a keen desire to develop their graphic design skills in a commercial environment.

You will work with a cross-discipline team and produce graphics that are consistent with existing styles, standards and specifications, working from detailed designs to produce high quality visuals.

As Junior Designer/Artworker Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

• To work to tight deadlines on a range of client briefs
• To ensure brand guidelines are followed

As Junior Designer/Artworker you will have the following Experience and Qualifications:

• You will have exceptional skills and be fully conversant with Adobe Creative Suite
• You will be able to come up with original concepts and also be able to design and follow the process through to finished artwork
• Able to work to tight deadlines and have the ability to multitask
• Signage knowledge would be an advantage
  
  

We are offering an attractive salary package, based on experience, with 20 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays (rising to 25 after 2 full years employment) and contributory Company pension scheme.
