We have an opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager for our Commercial Property team in the North East of England.
As Sedgwick continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented Commercial Property Manager to lead our team of adjusters and claims technicians in the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and developing others.

What You’ll Have
- Proven leadership in commercial claims management: Experience leading teams handling commercial property claims, typically under £100k, with a focus on technical and operational excellence.
- Strong financial and strategic acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance in line with budgets and strategic goals.
- Commitment to continuous improvement: A proactive approach to enhancing service delivery, promoting innovation, and embedding digital solutions.
- Client-focused mindset: Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at a senior level.
- Clear and effective communicator: Able to ensure role clarity, team engagement, and consistent communication across all levels.
- Supportive team developer: Passionate about mentoring and developing colleagues through structured programmes like Pathfinder.
- Commercially aware and performance-driven: Deep understanding of client expectations and a strong focus on profitability and service excellence.
