WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site
Everyday Banking (EDB) is the at the heart of our growth strategy with our Current Account and Overdrafts, Savings, and Payments products supporting our mission to provide the best products for our UK customers and to grow relationships of the bank.
The EDB Payments product team lead the product, proposition, and commercial management of multiple payment methods for our PCA accounts, across the core brands for the Group - Lloyds, Bank of Scotland, and Halifax - ensuring that our products and services meet the changing needs of our customers. We sit at the heart of Consumer Relationships identifying growth opportunities and outlining initiatives to drive customer experience and commercial profitability.
This role will give the Manager the opportunity to collaborate across product teams, platform teams, proactively influencing payment landscape of the future.

This is a really exciting opportunity to make a real impact, you'll be:
- Supporting the Senior Manager to develop, shape and deliver the commercial objectives for the business; coordinating key strategic regulatory responses on behalf of LBG
- Using data to make informed decisions, to shape our approach, considerations, and risk appetite as we progress on our exciting strategic journey
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and competitor trends
- Driving revenue growth and meeting product budget targets by effectively leading customer solutions
- Maintaining a strong risk management system, assessing and mitigating risks in alignment with Group's policies and legal obligations whilst demonstrating regulatory expertise to make informed risk decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations like Consumer Duty
- Contributing to a culture of active learning and upskilling of self and team through collaboration, coaching and regular exchange of feedback
- Driving successful outcomes by delivering performance objectives, providing feedback, coaching and promoting effective collaboration within the team

- Product Delivery focused - Defining the product roadmap and leading end-to-end product development. Using your experience to drive the design and development team to deliver quality product at pace.
