Lettings Manager (Property Investment) - Leeds - £30,000 - £40,000 basic PLUS bonus
An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading Property Investment firms
Modern office is based in Leeds city centre, parking and close to train station
Opportunity to take an established department to the next level
With a superb name and reputation in the Property Investment space, this firm have a natural flow of new lettings business from the investment properties they sell. They are now wanting to expand on this by bringing in a new Lettings Manager who can not only maintain and manage the current lettings operation but also build and expand it by engaging with new/external landlords and handling the ever-increasing flow of new managed units that come directly from the sales team.

What you will be doing
There are two main objectives for this role;
1, Takeover, maintain and improve the current managed portfolio
The firm already have a great managed portfolio which has mainly come from the investors they have assisted finding investment properties for.
There is also a Property Manager and Lettings Negotiator in the team so you will be managing them day to day and offering your experience and mentoship to improve and develop them.
2, Grow the managed portfolio and the lettings department overall
As the firm are constantly selling investment properties to new and existing landlords, there is already a natural flow of new managed units for years to come, so you will be responsible for on boarding and managing these clients.
In addition you will be tasked with finding new landlords and developments to on board and manage. The firm have a particular interest in residential blocks and BTR and would love someone to add this sort of property to the portfolio.
With an increasing managed portfolio size you will in time need to recruit for the lettings department, so the ability to interview, train and develop people is also a key factor to being successful in this role.

A proven track record in managing a lettings portfolio
A proven track record in winning new business and increasing overall income
Ability to network and nurture relationships
Experience managing and training people
Have a tenacious and determined approach to your work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A driving licence and access to your own vehicle
