The team
Our Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. Offering exceptional market knowledge the team holds an outstanding reputation with clients and the market generally. “Clients are full of admiration for this team, noting it combines outstanding technical expertise with a “very” responsive service” (Chambers).
The role
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Associate or Senior Associate to support the team on a varied and high-quality caseload which will include acquisitions and disposals, development work and landlord and tenant matters.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial and technical experience in representing clients on a variety of real estate matters. We are particularly interested in candidates who can show experience in a variety of commercial matters. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and have opportunities to be involved in business development.
You will be supporting the wider growth agenda for the practice, and the role will provide every opportunity to develop your career to the next level and beyond. Development experience would be useful but we offer the opportunity to provide training on this to add to a candidates skill set.
