What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver flawless campaign execution by working to agreed processes and SLA's with Gaming Operations and CRM
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Decision Science teams to analyse the impact of your campaigns, forming plans to test and optimise iterations
  • Ensuring marketing is delivered against agreed tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Studying customer research and feedback to fully understand customer motivations and ensure customer plans are meeting the customer needs by segment.
  • Represent the Gaming team, sharing learnings and developing strong working relationships with Gaming Business Stakeholders.
  • Reporting to management and peers around marketing performance and becoming and industry expert through constant competitor monitoring.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Have a good understanding of the eCommerce business model and online customer lifecycles and processes by which to manage them
  • Be process driven with the ability to create, implement and follow processes to deliver flawless customer experiences.
  • A proven track record of working with and influencing a wide range of stakeholder across multiple locations.
  • Experience in eCommerce or Marketing within the online gambling sector is desirable.
