As Regional Facilities Manager, you will, manage and deliver the critical operational requirements for one of our logistics client, with an understanding of delivering both hard/soft service facilities management and supplier management.
The role will report into the Operations Manager and will involve the day-to-day management of FM services to our clients property portfolio of multi-site, multi-service disciplines.
This critical, client-facing role encompasses the delivery of key business objectives and managing a number of staff including cleaners, maintenance engineers and admin staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Need To Have
You will work Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:00, however you will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of the role which will include travel and very occasional overnight stays. Our Ideal Candidate Will Need To Have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound FM experience, ideally gained in a client lead environment
- Experience of managing sub contractors
- Both Hard/Technical and Soft Services experience
- Experience of working with direct and outsourced service delivery teams.
- Experience of managing and leading a team of supervisors or equivalent.
- Experience in managing, influencing and operating within a multi-client/contract environment.
- Ability to manage disparate teams of regional geographical spread and varied functionality.
- Ability to manage change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision.
- Ability to be flexible with client and team relationships.
- Full UK driving license and access to personal vehicle.
