About The Role
As a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a premium customer experience. Through a mix of inbound and outbound calls, youll take the time to understand each customers goals and motivations and connect them with our trusted panel of clients. About You
Were seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for connecting with people and delivering results. Youll have previous experience in telephone or face-to-face sales, lead generation, or appointment setting, and be confident in building rapport with customers.
Youll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude along with a willingness to learn. Familiarity of financial services products is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

37.5 Hours Per Week
- Three early shifts (09:00 17:30) and two late shifts (10:00 18:30) Monday - Friday
- Early Friday finish at 16:00
- One in four Saturdays (09:00 14:30)
- Flexibility available to accommodate personal commitment
- The option of one working from home day per week upon successful completion of probation.
- Conduct outbound calls to consumers
- Receive inbound calls
- Provide solutions in line with consumer objectives
- Maintain workflow effectively
- Update the CRM accurately and consistently
- Adhere to OFCOM standards and TCF
- Provide fair and reasonable outcomes for all consumers and clients
- Ensure all information referred externally is accurate and professionally annotated
- Achieve all KPI benchmarks
