About The Role
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the water industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading company with a strong reputation and ambitious expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to analyse competitive activity, identify potential growth areas, and understand customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the UK.
- Identify and capitalize on key market opportunities, crafting action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Expand the customer base by targeting potential clients across the water and utilities supply chain.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the water or utilities industry, ideally with a sales focus on Ductile Iron Pipes.
- University graduate, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, including Ductile Iron or alternative materials.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within Government or Municipality project sales.
- Work with a global industry leader expanding its footprint in Europe.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives with significant autonomy and impact.
- Collaborate with a passionate, professional team dedicated to innovation and growth.
