Due to continued growth, we're looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Leeds team.

Were looking for someone who brings significant agency recruitment experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas: Technology / IT, Digital, Data, Cyber Security or Business Change.

Youll be confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client onboarding through to candidate delivery and account management.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record billing in agency recruitment
• Strong experience building and nurturing client relationships
• Comfortable working in a consultative, high-integrity environment
• Passionate about quality, service, and doing things the right way
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a high-performing, experienced team
