Mechanical Estimator - Building Services
Parkinson Gray Associates is the leading building services recruitment agency in the Yorkshire region. We recruit for both building services contractors and consultancies. Working within the white-collar market, we have established long-term relationships with the top businesses in our field. One of them has engaged us to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Mechanical Estimator.
As a Mechanical Estimator, you will collaborate with the senior management team to produce fast, accurate, and competitive tenders. You will work closely with the company's clients to value engineer and provide solutions that add value to their business. You will utilise estimation software to produce design-and-build tenders, which are a key part of the business machinery that feeds profitable projects into the company.
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator for this role. You will have gained this experience with a building services contractor and will be familiar with large-scale projects. While we are not seeking a Design Engineer for this position, you will possess solid engineering and design awareness, enabling you to offer value engineering solutions to your clients based on your extensive experience in building services.
